ICSID offers full or half-day training courses in English, French or Spanish for newcomers to the ICSID process as well as anyone desiring a comprehensive overview of the steps in an ICSID arbitration case.

The course, given by ICSID Legal Counsel, presents a unique insight into the work of the ICSID Secretariat and helps parties and counsel to better understand and anticipate procedural steps. The course also deals with possible non-disputing party participation, transparency and costs.
