ICSID Schedule of Fees

​​​​​The fees payable in an ICSID proceeding are detailed in the ICSID Schedule of Fees. The Schedule contains information on:

  • the lodging fee in respect of the filing of a request for arbitration or conciliation, an application for annulment and other post-award remedies;
  • the annual charge for ICSID services, which is usually divided equally between the parties;
  • the fee entitlement of arbitrators, conciliators and ad hoc Committee members; and
  • the fee for the Secretary-General’s function as appointing authority or determining challenges in non-ICSID cases.
