Any time after the award is rendered, either
party may file an application for interpretation of the meaning and scope of
the award electronically. The application should:
As soon as the electronic copy of the request
and the lodging fee are received, the application is registered and transmitted
electronically to the other party and to the Tribunal that rendered the
award. The Tribunal then fixes a time limit for the parties to file observations on the request and determines the further procedure.
The decision on interpretation becomes part of the award.
Correction A party may request a decision to correct a clerical, arithmetical or similar error within 45 days of the award (Article 56 of the Arbitration (Additional Facility) Rules). The Tribunal may also make corrections on its own initiative during this time.
